Global Worship A Ministry of David and Robin Kimler

After these things I looked and behold a great multitude which no one could number, of all nations, Tribes, peoples and tongues, standing before the throne and before the Lamb, clothed with white robes...and crying out with a loud voice, saying "Salvation belongs to our God who sits on the throne, and to the Lamb" ... and fell on their faces before the throne and worshipped God.
Revelation 7:9-11

Thank-You for your faithfulness to the Lord and His work in 2005!

We praise the Lord for all He did in 2005 and look forward to an exciting year of ministry in 2006. It is not so important how we begin but how we finish – our prayer for you and ourselves is that each of us will finish strong the race that is set before us. We sensed the Lord did this, and it would not have been possible without your faithful love, support, teamwork and prayers that enabled Global Worship to “finish strong” in 2005. We were blessed at the end of the year to be together with David’s two missionary sisters and their families who work in Mexico and Siberia. It was a special time since we rarely get a Christmas all together.

ONE THING Our entire family was very blessed spiritually to be able to go to the ONE Thing conference in Kansas City. This is hosted yearly by the International House of Prayer and this year about 10,000 youth and young-at-heart attended several days of worship and prayer sessions.
We all were greatly challenged and blessed by the sessions. David Luke shared that he experienced a new freedom in Christ through his classes and also when he did a choreographed dance during one of the large sessions.

One Thing ministries focuses on calling young adults to pursue the “one thing that is needed” (Lk.10.42) as the focus of their lives. They host several conferences around the nation each year imparting vision and giving practical ways to become a people of ‘one thing’.  Here are some quotes from “on fire” youth who went to the conference

In Ps. 27.4, King David prayed, “…one thing I ask, this one thing I seek, that I may behold the beauty of the Lord…” This prayer is central to what we are trying to cultivate in this generation. What if a generation without focus would rise up with vision, in confidence, to be burning and shining lamps? What would happen if a million young adults would have deep understanding of God’s emotions and profound knowledge of the hour in which we are living? Is it too much to ask, too much to dream for?  These are the prayers that we are longing to see answered. This is the one thing that we desire.

We are committed to seeing young adults living with fascinated hearts that lead to passion for Jesus.

One thing desires to see young adults filled with a glimpse of understanding of the realness of God and see the revelation of their own destiny that is worth fighting for. We seek to develop a deep passion in young adults to realize the supremacy of choosing Jesus over any other pursuit.

“I felt stirred and challenged to not only be one to live with reckless abandon after my Lord but to encourage other young adults to run after Him too."

“I long to see my generation move in signs and wonders and give Jesus the glory that's due him. I'm tired with church as usual, people are looking for something authentic and that's the church needs to bring them. I can't wait for the church to come together and be the bride we're called to be."

Our hosts while we were at One Thing were the Harrigans. We managed to get a picture of Lydia and Benjamin but John eluded capture!
Everyone enjoyed taking their picture and playing with cute Benjamin Harrigan.

Fun rides between sessions in the elevators!

Very tired, but happy campers after
all-day sessions

COMING PLANS and EVENTS – THREE Global Worshippers TO BE GOING OUT IN FEBRUARY AND MARCH

MEXICO OUTREACH
Josiah and Rachelle are praying to go on a missionary outreach with our church to Mexico. Please pray for the Lord’s guidance and provision. We have enclosed their letters as well.

PERU MINISTRY
David has been invited to come with a Perspectives team, Santiago and Sussi Servant, to minister to the 32 pastor’s associations in Lima, Peru! This will be an awesome opportunity to train and involve pastors in reaching the remaining unreached ethnic peoples of Peru, and mobilizing them to reach out to the unreached in the 10/40 Window.

Thank you for partnering with us this past year in prayer and/or financial support.

We are trying to call all of you to make sure that we have your correct information; address, phone, cells, email and birthdays and especially any prayer requests. Please feel free to call us at 479-751-0690 and make sure we have your correct information.

Answered prayer

  1. We praise the Lord for Total Document Solutions for printing our thank-you letters and now soon a newsletter at no cost.

  2. We thank the Lord our house is progressing in all the repairs that are needed in order to sell it. Our goal is to be totally out of debt soon in order to minister without any hindrances.

  3. We enjoyed seeing family (David's parents, 2 sisters, their husbands and children and his brother) during Christmas and being together. That only happens about once every 3 years with all of David's family because they are missionaries and not usually in the states. So when they are here its such a blessing!

  4. The trip to the One Thing Conference after Christmas was awesome. To be together with 10,000 people, mostly young adults who were seriously seeking God was exciting. Our younger children were being trained while we were in sessions and they did a dance to worship music during one session that was so powerful! His word says: (out of the mouth of babes....

THANK YOU FOR PRAYING FOR THE KIMLER FAMILY
(put this where you will remember to pray please)
GOD ANSWERS PRAYER!! THANK YOU FOR PRAYING

Please pray with us for the following things:

  1. We are in the process of getting the documentation together for the IRS that they require for their reviewing process that all Nonprofits must do after being in operation 5 years. Please pray that we will do the paperwork correctly and quickly and that we will pass and be granted our permanent status as a 501 C-3. We have been under the probationary status for the past 5 years.

  2. Wisdom about our involvement in reaching 4 unreached tribal groups along the Pastasa River, a tributary of the Amazon where there is NO church and about 20,000 inhabitants.

  3. Pray for David’s upcoming trip to Lima to teach the Perspectives course and challenge the Peruvian pastors to reach the Amazon.

  4. Josiah and Rachelle are going to Mexico on a mission trip during their spring break (March16-25).  Please pray for God to prepare them  for protection, health and the provision they need to go. (around $1100 each)

  5. Micah is going on a mission trip Navajo Indian Reservation in Tuba City, Arizona (March 18-26). Please pray for God to prepare him for protection, health and the provision he needs to go (around $460).

  6. Please pray for a new laptop for David. He uses it when he speaks.

  7. We are asking the Lord for a newer Honda to travel in and do errands. They are great on gas!  The one we are driving now is a 1990 and has been so faithful!

  8. For more partners and Increased support needs due to higher living costs.

  9. Health for all of us during this change of seasons. God has been so good to keep our family healthy.

  10. We can finish the things that still need to be done on the house quickly. Continued prayer for wisdom regarding our house and exactly the steps God wants us to take as we seek to obey his word "Get out of debt, use what's in your hand."
